Dear respective experts,
I have many false cases on and quary about those answered by experts here previously, i am really thank full to all of you for your valuable opinions nd guidance.
Here in 406 they are denying to take back the articles even i got to know they r ready to give in writing the same as she wants to live with us. But my question is whether police can seize those things by their own. Or what is the strategy behind not taking those things after filling 406. What will be advisable for me to do?

The fact that she is ready to give in writing that she wants to live with U,could have prevented them from taking back those articles.The police can do so,but intheir presence.

Sorry sir little correction they r not willing to take back articles that they will give io in writing. As my io told me. Will that writing is enough for me to get away frim 406. As my AB is pending on this. Nd 2nd thing she is willing to stay from day 1 she recd divorce notice. After 498,125,307, ,it wont b possible to live with her anymore

Sorry sir i am giving briefing the facts on ground of extreme physical nd mental torture i filed contested divorce i have few evidence on this. Now after getting notice she tried to enter my house forcefully we didn't allow. Now she filed several cases like 498,406,307,144,494 many more on me my relatives parents. All other got AB, not me there was a condition i need to apply again after 406 recovery as my lawyer said to me. All are false cases the time 307 and dv was mentioned she was not in our place for last 8 to 10 months. Did all the cases on 156(3). Now all r going simultaneously but now police call me nd saying they r not taking 406 articles nd they can even given writing for the same. So what to do now will it be enough for my bail as they r not taking the 406 articles back willingly. Or is it their ny kind of strategy. Pls suggest what to do.

The question raised by you is not a legal query but a query based on the prevailing circumstances. If she refuses to take her things ask her to give it in writing and produce it before the court during the arguments on bail application.
You have not mentioned your advocate's opinion to this issue, he will be the better person to decide the practical issues based on the circumstances.
