Correction of mother and father name in school record

Hi,
My name appear as Dheeraj Kumar Anand in all my records including passport. My wife name appears as Kamal Anand in all records after marriage including passport. My son's birth record also has my name as Dheeraj Kumar Anand and mother name as Kamal Anand.
But in school record the names are apearing as Dheeraj Anand (Middle name is missing) and Kamala Anand (extra 'a' in Kamala).
Schools say they need court affidavit. How to go about this? Me and my wife can't go for change in names as our names are correct.
Please suggest.

The discrepancies are not substantial. However, if you desire the corrections, follow the advice of the school.

ENGAGE A LOCAL ALWYER. He will do the affidaivt for you. Then you will come to know the procedure as well.

You can get a draft of affidavit from school as per their requirement, get it typed on stamp paper (amount of stamp paper differ from state to state, confirm amount locally / from school)and get it attested from executive Magistrate after showing your identity.

As advised by members here, went to Tis Hazari (as I am in Delhi for Vacation). Asked a lawyer there to get me a affidavit from 1st class judicial magistrate. What he gave me next day, one from SDM. I asked him clearly to get this from first class judicial magistrate. Still he did this. Now searching for someone known in family friends to get this done.
Any lawyer who can help me with this in Delhi? I need it from court such as of CMM. Not from SDMs or any other executive magistrates.

Venu Sir, even I am confused. School asked to get it from court !!
School is asking something similar to this

This for Delhi Schools but School in Bangalore gave me a print out of CBSE order having similar conditions.

In my view, the circulars deal with a different situation, that involving a change of name. The context raised by you involve a only the correction of a discrepancy.
