Sir
I have a partition suite in munsiff court.
Nowadays I didn't check status of this case.now i came to know that case is posted for ISSUES
What will do on this day?will there any argument by lawyers?what are process on day for ISSUES

Issues means - the court will frame what are the questions that arise in the suit, who will prove the issue, and ultimately what relief has to be given etc.

For example, whether you have a right in the property? The burden of proving this issue is on you. Like that other issues that may arise in the suit, based on the plaint, reply of the parties will be framed.

The issues will be framed by the court in consultation with both the lawyers.

Faming of Issues mean what is the core dispute between the parties, which need adjudication by the Court.
