PF after absconding the company

Hi

I want to know will I get my pf amount after I absond the current organization. Nearly Completed 2years and Please suggest me how to proceed because not interested to work anymore in this organization.

Will I have chance to transfer that pf amount to my next organization?

It is not clear why do you want to abscond? What sort of attitude is this especially for a person who would be seeking fresh employment somewhere? How the organizations (present and future) will view you? Irresponsible and undependable person?

If you are not interested to work in the present for whatsoever reason, better give proper resignation. By doing such acts like absconding, you will be creating trouble for yourself. Which organisation will process your application for transfer of PF when you abscond?

Tough your conduct is less than commendable, your unauthorised absence cannot anyway adversely affect your claim over the amount accrued in your PF account.
