Tennant vacate within 3 days please help

tenant came on 31 dec 2012. they gave us so many problems.
-->1. washing clothes in entrance drainage manual of home we told them, but not obey later we leave that.
-->2. washing clothes and puting load thing(20 ltrs cans..) in drainage manual so that there will be bool i called masen to cover the bool i paid 1 day labour plus material- cement and sand.
more than 7 times it happen i spend my money.
-->3. last one year, every month after asking rent tenant gave me after 5 to 6 days.
-->4. while coming to home tenant told me, my husband and 3 daughter. then after a year later her son came we
did say any thing take as simple. two months(nov 2015) before old women came i ask how is that she said my mom. in chennai sembarabakkam dam open so i take as simple and said any thing(many home they wont allow extra people.)
-->5. they will be crack in front slap because of them i thing so because it is old building tenant daughter gave her i known the name in tamil- thodi we can put seed and grow flowers, tomatos. i ask her to keep thodi to down but tenant take only 2 thodi and i said same late take remaining 2 thodi. after some days 3 small thodi in slap i ask them to take tenant told only weight, they are not thinking and speaking. yesterday only take 3 small thodi down after asking once again.

Three days before 06 jan 2016 tenant told to me going to vacate on march 31 2016. yesterday her son(studying college) he told me going to vacate not three month two months(february). today 09 jan 2016 one tempo van came and take things i dont know what do to till now not informed about vacate today.
please help me to solve the problem. usually 3 months time for both owner and tenant i am right only please clarify and solve the issue. please reply me my e-mail id:(samueljotsol@gmail.com).

Since the tenant has already vacated the premises forget the issue if any unless the property is damaged.
Take another tenant.

You are lucky, the tenant has vacated the premises without much legal steps. Try to have another tenant and forget the past.

Any legal step would have taken 3-5 years.
