(Querist) 26 November 2015 This query is : Resolved
Hello Experts

My wife filled two different FIRs from different location but facts are same in both the FIRs. one is IPC 376 and 2nd IPC 498A.

Recently session court Acquitted me from IPC 376.

1) What are the counter case i should file against my wife and how?
2) As facts in both the FIRs are same. Does i can appeal in HC to quash 498A FIR under section 300?
3) If my wife appeal in HC against acquittal order them what are the chance of of her to admit the case in HC.

Kindly do the needful. Thanks in advance.

You can certainly file a quash petition.. but be precise about the facts of the case and the judgement to give perfect opinion.
