How to execute a mortgage deed for bank?

Hi,
I am picking up a loan with a bank. I'm mortgaging my property in Bangalore to the bank. But don't know how to execute a mortgage deed for the bank?

You can proceed with equitable mortgage by deposit of title deed of the property.

For Registered mortgage, Bank has its on deed format and stamp duty according to amount of loan has to be paid.
