Problem in Police Verification

I am selected in ordnance factory for chargeman post. Before joining I have filled attestation form. In which I have clearly mentioned about the the police case. Actually in 2006 my neighbor complained to police and charges me under section 323,298, 506. After a month case was finished with compromise in court, and court has acquitted me from all charges. Last month my PVR form came from factory and I have contacted to SP office for verification purpose. He is saying that there is problem in my case. He has not forwarded my form yet. Please let me know about the PVR process. Please tell me what should I do. Will that case affect my chances of getting job?

you are acquitted of the case as you say and you are entitled to join. Police is just giving imaginary fear to extract something from you.

The policemen are overreaching. If problem persists, meet the SP of the District on the grievance day.

Since you are acquitted, you are entitled for job. Contact the police authorities concerned.

Yes, the police are unnecessarily torturing without any reason, they cannot give a report blindly when there is no case pending against you. It is better you make a representation with the higher office of the police giving details of their excesses.

Even if you bribe the police heavily still they will not hide reporting fact. The fact is that you are acquitted. SO let them write what they want.

They will delay the report hoping to extract something from you. You can meet the SP in this regard.
