Section 65b of indian evidence act

Mobile Recording of conversation made between 2 persons (Not over call, in front of each other) does amount to evidence? Although sec.65b used the word 'PRODUCED BY COMPUTER'

My prob is alrdy abovementioned..

I have audio mobile recording belongs to me n agents of ice creme com. In which they have accepted their fault in manufacturing.
But in reply of notice by com's advocate he denied to accept that ice creme belong to compny.

So can i use that audio clip as evidence nd how?
How can i prove that ice creme belongs to that com. Although the bill does not contain the compny's name it only contain the type of ice creme nd qty.
