Respected learned counsel!
I am a medical professional facing cpa case.I challenged the judgement in the Honble national forum.The Honble forum declared the complainant as exprte as he didnt appeared before the forum nor filed any vakalta.
I need clarification on two things
Will the honble forum dismiss the petition favouring my plea.
will it order me to serve Dasti notice to the complainant after declaring him exparte

sir,
One patient got operated for cataract by me.He filed a Case in consumer forum stating that he lost the vision in that eye after two years from the date of operation.
The dist forum awarded compensation without expert opinion.I challenged the same in state forum.The state forum too didnt opted for expert opinion and it reduced the compensation awarded by the dist forum.As such there is no fault of mine,I approached the National forum.Now the forum made the complainant as ex parte.My counsel asking me to compromise with the complainant.I am in dilemma and my Institution prestige is related with this.What to do?

why shall you compromise the case when you are in a better footing. Now the case has been fixed ex parte against your opponent so this is the good time to fight the case.
