is rubber stamp signature valid on cheque and bank documents

Hi,

I am a software engineer. As I am not able to put signature's which is matching can I use rubber stamp for this purpose??. Every time when I sign on multiple places like bank documents my signatures are not matching each other. So having issue in day to day activities. Can someone suggest if signature rubber stamp is legal on bank documents and cheque.

No not at all valid legally.Even facsimile are not valid legally.Only digital signatures are valid legally for e contracts and e transactions.

Your query is quite illogical. You will find the answer to your query if you ask yourself, as a software engineer, can you run a computer without appropriate system software?

no. you can not use rubber stamp signature.

since there is a possible to misuse by anybody else, it would not be admissible..
