hello Sir..MY SELF VIVEK.sir i need ur help in a matter regarding decree : that the decree holder filed the execution proceedings The present execution proceeding were ordered to be transferred to the court of Principal civil Court/ District judge, mumbai through District Judge Ludhiana,. Despite best efforts of the decree holder the said execution file is not traceble till date in mumbai courts.
Help me urgent

Check the Memo by which the file was sent in the LUDHIANA court. Reconstruct the file & send again if need be.

@ Vivek,
Your query is somewhat confusing whether the DH is in Mumbai or Ludhiana.
However, obtain duplicate certificate of "Transfer Certificate" from the district judge on an application along with the "non-receipt" certificate supported by the affidavit of DH.
Move to transferee Court (where JD is there and decree is to be executed) along with TC (duplicate)from transferor Court.

Sir DH from ludhiana & JD frm mumbai. And file transferred frm ludhiana to Principle civil judge mumbai.i dnt know abt the concerned court..whr I sud contact in mumbai.plz help

You should approach the office of the Principal civil judge court for knowing the present position or you can follow the advises rendered by above experts.
