My father past away he was defaulted in Icici credit card but cibil report on my name as defaulter . But I didn't get credit card from Icici bank please kindly help me

You can obtain credit report (CIBIL) from bank showing the name of the member bank that has written to CIBIL on default, against a nominal payment say Rs.60/ as per RBI guidelines.

If you already know that M/s ICICI bank has declared you defaulter in CIBIL, then obtain an evidence to sue the bank.

Are you a customer of M/s ICICI bank?

How do you know that there is a cibil report on your name as defaulter?

How did M/s ICICI Bank came to know your pan card number?

Did M/s ICICI Bank ever supplied you any notice to pay for debt of your father?
