Parents of the wife are continuously resorting in false booking of 498a since past 10 years for meeting their daughters some daily chores,,They book and compromise . But recently discovered that wife is a schizophrenia patient. This is a mental disorder often characterized by abnormal social behavior and failure to recognize what is real.
An immediate family member (her fathers brother) is ~55years now, also taking govt pension under mentally disabled welfare schemes.
Experts pls tell,the wife's parents have concealed this disease and married off thier daughter and since several exploiting,extracting money from the husband.
What is the best way to bring their parents to justice.

STRANGE HOW SUCH A DISEASE CAN REMAIN HIDDEN FOR 10 YEARS. IS IT NOT POSSIBLE THAT SHE LOST MENTAL BALANCE IN MATRIMONIAL HOUSE DUE TO SUSTAINED TORTURE.

Forget everything.
Obtain certification by Psychiatrist that she is suffering from schizophrenia.
Try to get details that she was being treated for schizophrenia from year............
