One time child maintenance

In mutual consent divorce,one time child maintenance is given to mother for the child of 4 years of age. Is there any legal binding on the father to support the child financially in future if the mother demand so?

WHETHER THE CHILD IS YOURS? IF SO WHAT IS WRONG TO HELP THE MOTHER TO NURSE THE CHILD..IT IS LIKE A CHILD ONE GETS FROM A LADY WHO BEARS ONE'S CHILD MIGHT BE N ACCOUNT HIS OWN WIFE IS STERILE, WOULD YOU NOT LIKE O HELP THAT POOR LADY IF SHE NEEDS SOME MEDICAL EXPENSES FOR HER OTHER CHILDREN SHE BORE FOR HER OWN REAL HUSBAND.

ONE NEEDS TO KINDLIER .. AND MERCIFUL WHAT USE IT IS TO GIVE MONEYS TO CHARITIES WHEN YOU CANNOT SEE 'CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME'..

PAY AND HELP THAT IS WISDOM.

IF YOU ARE NOT KIND TO YOUR OWN CHILD TO WHOM YOU WOULD BE FRIEND. BE MAGNANIMOUS IS MY ADVICE, THAT WOULD REDUCE UNNECESSARY LITIGATION FOR THAT ALSO YOU HAVE TO SPEND THROUGH NOSE.

Why you the people marry and go for mutual consent divorce immediately after? You could have easily use public toilets instead of making one for your own.

The agreement or one time settlement by mother ( even though it is approved by the Court) does not bind the child or his future.

You are whole life bound with welfare of child until he gets stands.

He is successor of your property also. Do not feel free yourself by the agreements made by her mother. Just let him attend 18 years. All the agreements will be vanished. Even today, they are of no use.

I agree with Mr Roy.

The marriage and divorce and conceiving a child is not a game to play. It concern some lives.
