hi sir,
if collector was given exparty stay without given opportunity to oppent. so now that person can filed appeal against that stay order to commissioner or not

Such respondent can even move before the collector to amend its own order apart from filing appeal thereto .

Appeal land is aquired by govt since 1979 but servey department was not taking effect on fregmentation n consolidilatiod scheme.meanwhile one purchase the said only to misuse the extract if said property .we file rts appeal to sdo for cancelled illegal mutation entry on basis of land aquistation documents ..record of rights is incorrect n illegal so new mutation entry was illegal ..sdo was allowed our appeal
