Dear Sir,

A student was commit sucite at railway track and left a sucite note against my sister and there 2 unmarried girls. He wrote in the note " mere marne ka karan meri girl friend hai. bo aur uske parivar wale hai aur tino ka naam diya hai, aur likha hai papa inhe chodna nahi." now bail is pending at civil court.

what type of remedies are available if there are no any other adult male member in there home.

Ground of suicide is not sufficient. Please give full details, with what specific grounds the student treat the girl friend and her relatives for "marne ka karan>"

Both are study in same school and only on the ground of telephonic conversation no other ground are available against the family. only on the basis of Sucite note f.i.r. file against familly.

I find no merit in the bail application. It is worth noticing that the bail is pending in civil court.

The bail application may be pending in the senior civl judge's court who is a sessions judge too and such crimes / offences come under the jurisdiction of such courts.
