Need help for registrattion

Builder is not registering my property. He is delaying, till now I dont want to get into legal matters. As I know how things proceed in India , to be frank. But looking for advice as to how to go about registering property legally without builders presence

You can file case in consumer forum seeking the registration and compensation. The forum will grant you both reliefs.

Try to have amicable settlement. If not workable, file consumer complaint.

The property registration cannot be done without the builder. If you do not want to follow legal procedures, you may have to go for an amicable talks and settlement with the builder, if it fails, you may approach consumer forum.
