(Querist) 23 May 2015 This query is : Resolved
My grand mother received house property from my late grand father. My grand mother have four sons. Due to family disturbance i want to know? After passing my grand mother, can i claim for the area in which house property is situated, to sale out. how can we use that property in individual way?
malipeddi jaggarao (Expert) 24 May 2015
As long your father (if grand mother is paternal grand mother) or mother (if grand mother is maternal grand mother) are alive, you can not do anything. You are not the legal heir to your grand mother.

respected sir, it is very thankfull to see your opinion. My was expired in 2009, now my mother will become first owner of, my fathers property(share in grand mother property). After considering the above mentioned fact, what will be your opinion?

If your father is no more then your father's share can be claimed by his legal heirs out of the intestate property of your grandmother.
