Continue working. Incomplete information e.g.
What are the terms and conditions of the contract vis-à-vis your appointment letter? Show the document to a local lawyer.
What is the nature of duty assigned to you by the contractor or the principal employer?
Did you complete 288 days continuous service?

Not a legal query. Read rules of recruitment for the post on which you are working.

There is a news item today that all contract teachers in Haryana would be removed as submitted by Chief secretary before High Court.

Mr. Abhishek,

Any contractual employee remains at the mercy of merciless authorities, who enjoy the benefits of regular employment, but have no feeling for contractual employees. Normally, their services are misused to cater self interests of the authorities.

You will have to struggle hard in a very systematic way to get your services regularised, provided regularly sanctioned vacant posts are available there.
