Procedure to start educational consultancy for abroad

hi,
we going to start educational consultancy for mbbs and md,ms to study in international universities. And also we planning to help students in getting visa and passport.So please advice me about the registration formalities and procedures......

Engage a local lawyer (which you can afford and must have) for proper professional guidance, advise and proceeding.

There are a no. of fraud and cheating for admission in medical colleges. Beware of such illegal act.

For certain services no authorized agents are engaged like passport and VISA. You can provide friendly services to assist in guiding about procedure.

Ask for authorization from foreign university to act accordingly.

Local applicable licenses have to be taken.

I got authorization letter from foreign university, what help I need from u people is to give me advice in local registration. whether to get service tax registration or professional tax registration.....

You have a good question, kindly consult a local consultant who will be able to answer and guide you properly instead of going ahead with the incomplete suggestions received from free service public portals.The formalities in details will be explained by the consultant sitting there for the purpose.
