JMFC order in DV can be alter, revoked or modify from JMFC itself.

Yes, you file an Criminal Appeal in District Judges Court against the lower court's order.

Only, the District and Sessions Judge Court is the appellate authority. The order of JMFC can be altered, revoked or modified by the Sessions Judge Court, basing on the merits of the case.

The order can be set aside or modified by D&S Judge and not JMFC.

Thanks Vashita Sir. can the order be set aside or stayed without paying any arrears . because the other is completely wrong. its an one sided order.ignoring our written arguments and our evidences .

No evidence of any sought of cruelty is submitted by my bhabhi. judge has considered false 498 fir as evidence.

You may prefer man appeal. In the appeal all the facts that led to miscarriage of justice can be mentioned.
