sir i have joined a psu(x) 3 months ago,before i was in a private company.suddenly i have to appear for interview in another psu(Y) for which i have not taken noc from the psu(X) and i got selected .i have resigned from the psu(X) now but i have conceal the fact to psu(Y)that i am working in any organisation .i only stated to the psu(Y) that i have the experience of only private company and on the attestation form i have also declare that i only worked in private company.sir is this going to be difficult for police verification and what will happen to my job if they got to know that i was working in psU(X) and i didnot produce NOc.

Your fear is quite baseless. Police verification is intented merely to verify character and other criminal record, if any, of the candidate.

sir what type of legal action will be taken if new psu(y) knew that i was working in psu(X) and i have suppressed this information and i didnot produce noc from psu(X)and joined the company on the basis of my private company experience. and in the attestation i have not mentioned the present working in psu (X)

Your subsequent query gives a clear impression, as if this is not your real problem, rather an academic query of a law student. When clearly intimated that your fear is baseless, what type of doubt you have and what is the basis for that, you may better discuss that. If you are really an employee of a PSU, better read the employees conduct & discipline rules prescribed by your present PSU.

sir this is mybproblem. i got the job on the basis of my private company experience but i did not furnish that i am working presently in psu bcz i dont have noc at the time of interview they demanded. and i simply stated that i am no where working ,but if the new psu got informed that i was working in psu at the time of interview and i conceal the facts in attestaion form and i joined new psu only on the basis of private comapny exp what will happen sir.

Right now you don't have any problem. If in future you face any problem only then come to this forum to get advice. Presently, it is quite a premature stage for you to ask for any solution to a fictitious and non-existing problem.
However, if you are so skeptical, better have a regular paid consultancy from me, send complete details through email and take appropriate advice on paying the consultancy fee. But, I am sure, you won't do that.

Everything is possible for any xyz thing like exercise of a student, like yours. Hallucinations do not have any remedy to be cured.
First of all, your statement is absolutely wrong that you have joined a psu in the absence of a police verification and your query fabricated. Your query, itself gives an impression that you are not an employee of any psu. A question arises, who allowed you to join without getting police verification of your character and anticedents, as you can't join any government organisation without completion of police verification. However, even if yu are an employee of a psue by mistake of the psu to allow you to join without completion of police verification and you are so fearful without any action having been initiated against you, you may better leave the job and search for another job.
But, if you think that the experts are here to provide solutions to the law school exercises of the students, you are mistaken.

POLICE VERIFICATION IS CONDUCTS ONLY ON THE RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS.
BUT THE FORM HAS A COLUMN REGARDING PAST EMPLOYMENT DETAILS. GIVING FALSE INFORMATION IN THE FORM IS NOT ADVISED BY THIS FORUM.

sir i have filled the attestation form duly signed by the gazetted officer of character certificate and submit to the new psu. but i have not mention my last working psu and the last working place .sir i want to know that police will ask my last job or my last 3 months residing period in last compnay

Solutions are meant for problems, not for hypothecatical vague queries of an idle brain or unattentive students in their studies. As you have stated that you will consult lawyer, he will tell you the solutions for all of your vague and hypothetical thoughts after charging his fee.
