Can a voice recording at cell phone be used as evidence?

its according to case and it's circumcstances.

even though electronic evidence are admissable as per indian evidence act, a voice recording at cell phone can not be admit in all cases.

if the authenticity of the video is duly proved then it can be taken as evidence.
