Sir,
court granted interim maintenance to wife @ Rs. 5000/- per month, now we revealed that she is working and drawing a salary of Rs. 25000/- per month but no proof. can we file application u/s 127 CrPC?

You can file but without documentary evidence you cannot prove your defense.

yes, file the application wherein you can summon her employer to prove her employment.

First of all try to get the detail of her employment and after getting the same you may file the application u/s 127 of Cr.P.C, even you may file an application u/s 127 of Cr.P.C, it will be better to prove your case otherwise the court will not consider.
