Defendant of a case .
Sold some portion of land to others how can I recover such land or amount .

Brought to notice to the court by filing an application u/sec.151 CPC praying an ad-interim injunction. You can also seek for appointment of a commissioner to inspect to the locale and also direction to the local police to look into the matter.

Are you defendant or plaintiff? Who has sold the property? Whether the vendor has sold his/her own portion of land? How your interest in the property is affected?
Should we presume that there was "no" interim injunction (lis pendence) then there is no infirmity, however, inform the court (in writing).
