Mentally harassed by wife

sir-got divorce decree 2011 got remarry after 3 month wife filed DV 2014 and come at my new place and requesting for keep kids with me regular paying maintenance amount can i filled mentally harassment case against her i have intimate in written to local police

You can resist her entry in the house unless and until the court directs to allow her enter.

Custody of children was entrusted to whom and what maintenance was decided?
The divorce decree need to be referred, consult local lawyer.

my X wife is giving threatening to me thro. lawyer for giving her 10 lacs i don't have a huge amount at a time of decree custody of kids given to my wife infect she is every day changing mind 1 day telling will give u child 2nd day telling will not give child give me money at a time actually she is sending MSG to my wife WATS app . saying that i am not a good man characterless she will prove etc.we are having record of all correspondence what to do

U remarried only after U got divorce from UR first wife.At the time of divorce in whose custody the children were given by the court.Naturally mother would have claimed claimed custody of the children.Today in what capacity is she demanding money from U?2011 is a long time since divorce, and at that time U would have paid her maintenance .

If she indulges in physical abuses you may lodge a criminal complaint against her in the nearest police station which would make her to come to a control.

In 2014, she is your ex wife, in what capacity did she file the DV. You and your present wife file a police complaint immediately to avoid further harassment.
