if house was standing in your name your wife could not have sold the house .

only if flat was in her name could she sell it .

you should insist on visitation rights for children before sending any money

Who is the owner of the House?

if you are the owner of the house then without your signature the property can not be sold, if you are not the owner of the property then she has the right to sell off the property and there is no offence made out against her.

talk to a lawyer personally or over the phone it will be better to get best advise.

Your query, "just want to know should I send her the money or not Divorce does not arise because lots of drama will take place", reveals as if you did not have any objection in selling the property. Moreover, you did not mention in whose name the property was registered (your name or your wife's name), which she sold.

However, about your query on sending money, you hve not mentioned whether she has demanded the maintenance amount for her or for her children and whether directly asking you directly or by filing a case in the court of law? Please clarify the point.
