My Criminal Revision Application is going in Gujarat High Court U/s. 125, between me and my wife.

I had hide my actual income and had shown monthly Rs. 12,000/- instead of Rs. 24,000/-. Now my wife had come to know about this and she had produced documents.

By showing less income High Court had reduced monthly maintenance from Rs. 9000/- to Rs. 5000/-

In above circumstance, what should I do or what action the court will take against me.

Your advocate alone has privilege to adopt a course of action at his wisdom. Law cannot suggest any remedy other than to accept the mistake and atone your wrongdoing.

You have informed wrongly to the court regarding your income. Consult local lawyer and show him all the documents to adopt strategy according to claims / plea from opposite party.

Do not do anything and wait till your wife makes any application. On the nature of application further course of action can be advised.
