Dear,

Settle the matter and get the FIR quashed from the HC .... Bcoz 354 is not compoundable...
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 25 February 2015
If amicable understanding reached, prey HC for quashing of the FIR.

What is the stage of the FIR case?
How you are concerned?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 01 March 2015
The only way is to get the case quashed through high court by filing a compromise affidavit by the defacto complainant to the petition filed the accused in this regard.

Husband has the photos msgs, of wife, n her boyfriend , this is actual reason, but wife denying it, and saying they are just frnds, husband is genuine person, no points against him, because of which she is accusing father in law, so that she can get divorce. Please provide good advice.
