Is it possible to obtain a copy of the court order given in 1994

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Pls clarify if a copy of the court order given in 1994 can be obtained now? Can it be done online or needs to be applied at the court only ? If it has to be applied at the court then can i do it from a different state ?

It was an accident case started in 1992 and order given in 1994 to park fixed deposits with their banker.

Yes, surely you can. Please apply in the court in which the order was passed.

You have to apply at the copy section of the same court. Online application or application at other state court may not serve the purpose. You can avail the services of a lawyer practicing in that court.

Yes you can apply for a copy if it is available, you may contact any local lawyer for solving this issue.

You are seeking certified copy of order passed about 11 years before, which normally the courts do not preserve and destroy as old record, check it with record room before filing application for the same. It would be better to contact and consult a local lawyer.
