Compliant against service provider

Sir,
I am a CA Final student and have purchased online classes from a Company for my exams which are scheduled in May 2015.

1. Since from the beginning, they are behaving irresponsibly in providing services for which I am entitled to.

2. For instance, unacceptable delay in delivery of the course and also delivering the content which is not applicable for my examinations.

3. I have sent them many emails but didnot get any reply from them. If I call the customer care number, they will end up saying that they will get back to me in 15 mins but they never called back.

4. Due to their irresponsible attitude, My studies are getting affected.

I am fed up now and want to teach them a lesson.

So, what legal options do I have now? Please advice me.

It is a fit case where you can file case in the consumer forum.

As suggested, you may first issue a legal notice demanding solutions for the problems caused and cost for the damages, if this fails to invoke any proper response, you may approach jurisdictional consumer forum for relief and remedy.
