Confirmation letter

Hi,

I want to know, if employee didn't accept the confirmation letter and if he resign from company then what will be the notice period for him.

Will it be according to probation period or he have to server complete.

Notice period starts from the date of resignation.

during probation period it is 2 months and after that its 3 months.
And i didn't signed the confirmation letter and put my resign. so now what will be the notice period.

Also, dates are crucial with reference to the terms of your offer/ appointment letter. So, intimate, what was the date of confirmation letter, on what date due, on what date tried to be delivered and on what date you tendered your resignation letter.

It would depend on the job contract. If there is none then it is left to discretion of parties subject to approval of court if challenged therein.
