Criminal case to be filed

I want to file a criminal case as the plaintiff in a civil case has filed fake documents[ I have proff to prove my point]
pl advice under which section I can file a criminal case and what are the documents to be filed.

If not then ask your lawyer to file u/s 340 crpc.

you have to in your defence raise the plea that fake documents have been filed . wait for decision in civil case then decide
