Building map sanction is necessary after freehold the prperty

Dear Sir,
I have 200 gaj plot. The plot is already Freehold. Now I have newly constructed first floor without passing any Building map. Earlier the map of ground floor is already passed (sanctioned)by KDA. Now please suggest is it necessary to sanction any building map after complting the whole construction?

It is always to make pucca construction only after sanctioning of construction plan. Do it asap.

you cant carry on first floor construction unless plans are sanctioned . KDA will demolish additional construction carried on without sanctioned plans

Are KDA will send any Notice regarding the same. what is the next step authority will take? Please suggest me in detail.

Actually I stayed out of the state and constucted that floor on contract basis.And this is not possible for me to physical attendance in the city. So, please suggest what should I do next?

Apply for regularisation of construction fast.

You should have the map sanctioned and get the construction regularised.

Now take help of local architect who would provide services for map approval and completion certificate.
