WHAT is the provision of law in CRIMINAL CASES

TO SEEKING TIME FOR FILING COUNTER ETC.,

What is your query? why are you required to file a counter in criminal cases? Filing of counter will apply only to private complaint in criminal cases. There is no prescribed time limit for filing counter in the private complaint, the counter has to be filed immediately on appearance by the respondent/accused.
