what basis you say it is ancestral property please clarify

Consult a local lawyer and first work out whether the property comes in the definition of ancestral or self earned ?

Then the property is self acquired property of your father, not his ancestral property.

law relating to agricultural land at up covers by the Uttar Pradesh zamindari abolition and land reform act, 1950.

section 171 of the said act is applied on your query.

only your brother and your mother have right on agricultural land after death of your father.

it is immaterial that " Property was passed to my father from my grandfather who bought it and divide among his three sons."
