You can not do so at initial stage.

I agree with experts.

Wait for the trial to commence and decide about those documents needed to be produced as documentary evidence to defend the case.

Thanks
I have one more query. My cousin's wife has also filed dv complaint against me. I never resided in sharehousehold and living separately with my own family. In her dv compalint and in 498a complaint she has alleged that I along with some other family members assaulted her, therafter she called 100 nos and also gave written complaint. However, the fact is that no such incident ever happened. There is no 100 no. Complaint or written complaint against me or any other member on that day or any other day. We have obtained this information through RTI also. In her dv complaint she has on her affidavit reiterated her above said allegation. Now since I have confirmed evidence that she has lied in her complaint. Can I file 340crpc againt her.

2. In 498a case, chargesheet has been filed against me on the same routine "sufficient evidence available to chargesheet". Whereas not even a single evidence is produced in chargesheet except statement of complainant and her family member. One more thing no offences as alleged in her complaint and statement u/s 161 crpc had ever happened. In chargesheet my address is also wrongly mentioned as the address of her husband house.

My question is "what remedy do I have in law"
