Time limit for solve recovery case

I want to know how much time period for recovery of Loan amount in civil case. How long the case is run. The plaintiff argument is done now defendant argument is pending.

Ok it means when the defendants arguments is completed the decision is announced and after that we came to know that how much further ti,e to be taken for solving the case.
