Though you can challenge but if the will is validly executed which appears so then you have little luck to set it aside.

are any reasons mentioned in will for disinheriting 3 children? you can challenge will on grounds of undue influence . was your mother mentally fit at time of execution of will . contact a local lawyer . will executed by your mother has to be seen to advise

Agreed with experts.

The lady can give away her estate to anyone.

Show the WILL to your lawyer if you wish to contest.

If WILL is registered then it shall fetch more reliance.

If WILL is proper you have little chance.

If you understand that WILL is proper respect the wishes of mother.
