I was gone to my wife's village ratnagiri on sept 2013 for ganpati festival their was dispute between my wife's father and his cusin brother's son reg land property the home was newly built by my wife's father.the said cusin brother came home and start dispute with my wife father and her mother and my wife's brother and started fighting with my wife's father and mother .the age of my wife's father and mother was 70yr above then my wife 's brother came to stop him then he goes police station and file complaint agt my wife 's father and her mother which is heart patient and got bypasssurgery also secondy he also file complaint agt my wife and me and my wife brother the case was in process .my wife's father complaint was only nc taken by police please ad ice can we complaint and case agt that person

if police is refusing to take complaint lodge complaint with magistrate under section 156(3) to direct cops to investigate

He has given my wife's father name ,wife's mother name ,wife's brother name and my wife name including me .all of us were living in bombay and doing job except my wife,s father and mother
Secondly he has given false witness the two person was his uncle and uncle,s mrs they were not present that times when he come to home and dispute time.we have two persons neighbhors from our side if this is enough

You have already been advised to file a criminal complaint before the trial magistrate of Ratnagiri and on the other hand, make representation to the higher police officials that a false case has been made against all of you and that an impartial enquiry be made in the case.

Actually his aim is to get property share but his way to get share is wrong he may be want that my wife's father will go to him and request him to take case back or dismiss.this is blackmailing can i complaints agt him to ask money agt wrongly my name involved because my family was disturbed can i file case in bombay

You can not file a case in Mumbai. You would have to file a case in Rantagiri only.
