Land acquisition act 1948 (rehbilitation of displaced)

(Querist) 19 August 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Land acquired by govt under above act but
(1) Name of 2 Owners not mentioned in final offer.
(2) Owners were child at the time of proceeding and their father died serving in Army .
(3) offer was finalised in 1962.

(4) possession was tranfered in 1980 to govt.

(5) But Their Land was surplus Land and never been used by govt for any purpose till day.

whether Owners can get back their Land or compensation under New Land acquisition act 2013. ?

I am a lawyer , So if I resolve you from that then , I need 2% of Asset value , yes before handling yours case as first fee . then 10% on 1 month after problem was resolved by me. Its Easy but you have to gave me all Original Assets papers and Acquisition orders , procedures done by yours dad/Government. I resolved so many cases like this and knows the Government Bodies to regulate land records . Yes you can get lands if proper process was not followed by Government at that time. and before it. @Author: you cannot pass comments on experts this way, also you cannot force help from anyone, you have no rights for it. If you want only free advise approach the legal aid authorities situated in your district court.
@Nishant, better understand that you are not the only lawyer available here, everyone are capable of handling the cases, better follow some ethics while replying on this forum.
