sir,
in a cheque bounce case notice served to accuse bt he never attended the court
bw issued than nbw issued that process of 82/83 of cr.p.c executed for his presence court attached his property and by auction recovered appx amount mentioned in cheque,
now that recovered monet is in the hands of state. but court is not relesing that money to complainant
what can i do?

1. What are the reasons for such non release ? I think the case is yet not concluded. Only after the final disposal of the case that the money secured through sale of the property of accused will be released. Ask your advocate to pray to the court for final judgement date.

CASE HAS BEEN DISPOSED OFF ,,,,,DUE TO NON APPEREANCE OF ACCUSED AND HIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN ATTACHED
BT COURT IS NOT RELEASING THAT AMOUNT TO COMPLAINANT

Criminal cases can not be disposed in the absence of the accused. In your case, The cheque bounce would be pending even as on date. the court would have ordered proclamation and attached the property of the accused for his non appearance.
