My surname doesn't contain my father surname

Hi,

My Name is RANJEET SINGH from birth but my father write his name As RAM BAHADUR .
So i want some gazetted proof of my Name as RANJEET BAHDUR and RANJEET SINGH is same Person.

Can Some one give me advice on that what procedure i have to follow .

affidavit should be made that both are same person .

Any change would complicate situation in future.

If you wish, you can get gazette notification, advertise in two news papers and get an affidavit prepared.
