Na plot

Hi All,

I belong to a poor family and I have some agricultural plots(Mirzapur-India), now I want to have home on my plot, since it is agricultural plot, I will not be able to make new home for myself.

Please suggest me how can I convert it to NA Plot, so that I can make my dream home there.

you have to make an application to Gram panchayat for conversion of plot into NA

As on Web I found that only state government can make an Agricultural Plot to NA Plot, is it possible that a Gram Panchayat can do anything regarding so? and If Gram Panchayat is with me, is possible to convert it to NA Plot?

Dear Ashish,

Best way to engage local lawyer.

However, if you are farmer and you are holding the plot since long than in 20% of the land from total size you can build home/residence for your own purpose and not for any commercial purpose i.e. for construct to sale.

In such case no need to get it NA.

If u are farmer u shud b allowed to construt ur house over own land. If needs to be converted into N.A approach talathi/tahasildar for necessary procedure.
