I had bitter experience with civil lawyers in Guwahati. I have a property issue in litigation , buy have spending huge sum. since i stay in outside guwahati, the lawyers tend to take things casually dealing it on conventional way collecting money.
In no other profession i see such a casual approach.
I have no issue in paying the lawyer, but majority of the civil layers have no grasp of the subject don;t refer case laws.
I am in need of good laywer who fights the case maintains right communication .can anyone help me. i will narrate my case which is so simple made complicated.

Don't put on blame with lawyers. If you really not satisfy with your lawyer you change with your own.

It is true; I have seen many lawyers, pointed out by Mr.Bulu. If the case is already pending in a court, go to that court at earliest convenience and observe which advocate is doing justice to his profession. If you are satisfied with his knowledge and presentation, approach him and give vakalath/change of vakalath to conduct your case.

you can search in lCI database for lawyers in your city . if your lawyer is not doing justice to the brief change your lawyer

You can search the LCI database or can visit the court compound and can make discrete inquiry about lawyers dealing in the cases as of yours.
