Can a person who is of indian origin but not indian national become member of a trust? If yes, where to send notice of AGM? Can trust insist upon to have indian address for corospondence?

He can be trustee of a Private Trust.

Such person can become trustee and address is not material. Notice shall be sent at the residential address of such trustee.

The notice is to be send to his present address. No need to press for Indian address.

He may consider obtaining overseas citizen of India card from the Indian embassy so that he can be treated on par with Indian citizen for all purposes excluding certain specified purposes such as purchasing plantation land etc.in India.
