Threat to rape

the person who stays under our house has a constant fight with us regarding the parking area
today morning while we were goin he started verbally abusing my mother and when my mother retaliated he tried to hit her but was stopped by his wife. further more he is threatening frm d last two days by saying that his anger is uncontrolable and he cud even rape me nd my mother . i have the complete video recording of it.
but the police does not even seem to take any intrest and constantly tells us away because the acp of this region is their relative
i am in a very desperate position. please can u tel me sumthng suitable

Meet an advocate and ask him to file an application u/s 156(3) crpc so Police is directed to register a FIR and cause investigation.

Consult a local lawyer and file application in court u/s 156(3).

since police is not registering your complaint then file complaint with magistrate under section 156(3) CR PC to direct cops to investigate
