Provisional bail granted till submission of mediation report.

Dear Sir(s),

Ptana High Court granted provisional bail subject to payment Rs. 500pm to wife. high court sent the case for mediation to submit report by 30 june.

next hearing is to be held in first week of july on bail case. i denied to live with such wife who lodged false case on me and my old age parent and i have fear of life to live with her. it means mediation is failed.
kindly suggest : what action of patana high court will take on my provisional bail garted till now ?

Only making payment is ordered, not to stay with her.
In any case refusal for forceful stay is no ground for rejection of bail if the case otherwise has merit.

The bail application shall be considered on the basis of merits of the case and you cannot be forced to reside wit your wife.
