She has slapped number of cases after my filing a divorce case. The cases are in various cities like saharanpur ,nainital, agra allahabad.can I club all these cases in supreme court of india. The cases are under section 498a, 406,dv act,125 crpc. How will the hearing take place at delhi.Would I have to pay her travelling expence from saharanpur to delhi for each hearing.

If you transfer / file suit, you have to pay her for travelling.
Otherwise not.

As you filed Divorce case, She can get it trf where she reside, or ask travelling exp from you.
All other cases, filed by her [Obviously , u can't file 498, dv, 125]no travelling. You can challenge JURISDICTIONS OF THESE COURT, being primary issue. U prove She can't reside simultaneously at 4 diff places. It will be shifted to most convenient Court. She will file u/s 24 for Mtn + Litigation exp pending your Divorce case.
Your War Plan was faulty, axing your own leg.

Since the cases are under separate enactments and are of different nature, you cannot seek clubbing of the cases.

However, you may seek transfer of cases to one particular District. As the cases have been filed in different districts of two different states, the remedy to get the cases transfer done at a particular place lies before Supreme Court.
